Terms and Conditions (coaching related)

Please take the time to read thoroughly and carefully through the Terms and Conditions associated with your Deep Dive Package. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions or require points of clarification.

Firstly, please note that I solely work with female clients that require my coaching services to support their career. This is where my skills and experience are best placed. If you do not identify with this audience, please do not purchase this package.

1. Procedure for sessions
Your Deep Dive Sessions will be held on Zoom unless agreed otherwise.

2. Re-scheduling, No Shows, and Cancellation Policy
Notice of re-scheduling or cancellation of sessions should be given via email, sent to my business email address at least 48 hours before the date and time of your coaching session. If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, you will be liable to a £49 fee which must be paid in full before your session is rescheduled.

This also applies to a no-show scenario.

In the rare event that I need to cancel a session, I will provide at least 48 hours notice before the date and time of your session.

3. Lateness
If you are less than 10 minutes late to your session, we will start your session and conclude it at the pre-agreed time. Please be aware, this may impact on the success of your session.

If you are more than 10 minutes late, I will exit our zoom call and count this as a no show. You will be charged for the fee applicable to a missed coaching session (£49) which must be paid in full before your session is rescheduled.

4. Repeated Lateness, Re-scheduling, Cancellation or No Shows
If you are repeatedly late, need to reschedule, cancel our sessions or are a no show, I reserve the right to pause or terminate your package until we can agree a way forward. For the avoidance of doubt, I define ‘repeatedly’ as a two-strike rule.

5. Copyright and Distribution
All of the information and coaching exercises given to you are the property of Camilla De Burghe Coaching, unless I state otherwise. They are intended solely for your use; they are not to be plagiarised or shared with any other party for personal or business reasons.

6. Results
Coaching results are not guaranteed; you are responsible for creating your own results.

7. Scenarios to cause Pause or Termination of Coaching Services
Please note the following scenarios that would result in me pausing or terminating coaching services with immediate effect:

Repeated re-scheduling/lateness/cancellation/ no show for sessions (two strike rule)

  • You require psychological counselling or any type of therapy.
  • You repeatedly ask for advice and refuse to take responsibility for your decisions and actions.
  • You require coaching on financial issues and money management, including debt and saving.
  • You display behaviour construed as aggressive, abusive, racist, or homophobic.

In this instance, we can discuss what your next steps could look like and find a suitable solution to support your onward journey.

8. Refunds and Termination of Coaching Services
You have the right to request a refund within 14 days of purchasing your Deep Dive package. To do this, you must notify me of your wish to request a refund via email to my email address:

Please ensure that ‘Request for refund’ is clearly included in the title of the email, along with your full name. Proof of purchase will also be required.

Once coaching services are terminated, they cannot be re-instated unless this is due to extreme mitigating circumstances (i.e a bereavement or severe illness).

You will receive a refund within 14 days of your request being made and approved. This will be minus a £5 charge which solely covers the payment processing fee.

Please note that if your coaching services are terminated due to any of the reasons stated in point 7, your package will not be refunded.

9. My Area of Work
I solely work with female clients that require my coaching services to support their career as this is where my skills and experience are best placed. I reserve the right to terminate coaching services if you purchase a coaching package and DO NOT identify with this audience. If this happens you will receive a refund minus the £5 payment processing charge.

I will always endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible, this is normally within 48 hours or less. There may be occasional mitigating circumstances such as illness or holiday where I take longer to reply.
