Hi, lovely to meet you! First and foremost, here are a few fun facts about me…
I hold a BA degree in Architecture and an MA in Urban Design. I love creativity, colour and anything design related.
I’m a dog mom to Paddington the Cavapoo. My coaching skills have come in great use for his training!
I’m a passionate mental health and well-being advocate. Daily journalling, meditation and walks are my favourite ways to support my well-being.
.
I’m an avid sunrise and sunset watcher. I see them as a sign that each day brings new opportunities to grow.
I’ve been a cake enthusiast and baker ever since I was little. Anything containing biscoff is a win for me!
Seeing others succeed makes me happy! I am the person that starts clapping at the TV when someone’s nailed a task or competition! I love being a supporter and cheerleader for my friends and family.
Now to the career part…
I spent 14 years working as an urban designer, progressing from a work experience placement to Associate Director. Along the way, I earned multiple promotions, mastered technical skills, and transitioned into a leadership role. I was proud to be on track to achieve Directorship by the time I turned 30.
But on that journey, I ignored significant red flags: burnout, imposter syndrome, and a growing toll on my mental and physical health. Eventually, I reached a crossroads; I could either continue climbing the career ladder to Directorship, or prioritise my wellbeing.
Reflecting on what truly made me happy, I realised I’d always loved supporting colleagues with their career development and progression; this is something that I’d done informally for years. That insight led me to coaching, and with the right tools, strategies, and support, I successfully made my own career change happen. Now, I help others do the same.
I know what it takes to thrive, progress, and lead at a senior level however, I also understand how overwhelming and exhausting your role can feel at times. You don’t have to navigate those challenges alone.
The power in my work comes from combining coaching tools and techniques known to the personal and professional development industry with invaluable learning from my years of lived corporate experience. Whether I’m supporting individuals or teams, my goal is always the same: to help you progress with confidence, clarity, and balance.
