Hi, lovely to meet you! First and foremost, here are a few fun facts about me…

I hold a BA degree in Architecture and an MA in Urban Design. I love creativity, colour and anything design related.

I’m a dog mom to Paddington the Cavapoo. My coaching skills have come in great use for his training!

I’m a passionate mental health and well-being advocate. Daily journalling, meditation and walks are my favourite ways to support my well-being.

I’m an avid sunrise and sunset watcher. I see them as a sign that each day brings new opportunities to grow.

I’ve been a cake enthusiast and baker ever since I was little. Anything containing biscoff is a win for me!

Seeing others succeed makes me happy! I am the person that starts clapping at the TV when someone’s nailed a task or competition! I love being a supporter and cheerleader for my friends and family.

Now to the career part…

During my 14 year career in Urban Design I regularly felt overwhelmed, burnt out, and battled intense anxiety caused by imposter syndrome on a daily basis. On paper, I had a fantastic job where I went from a 3 week work experience placement to bagging multiple promotions, along with my dream salary by the time I was 27. I was even on track to achieve a directorship by the time I was 30. But behind the scenes, I was absolutely miserable, and my mental health was on its knees.

After a lot of soul searching I realised that I’d spent so many years focussing on my next promotion that I’d completely lost the love for my career. So I made a conscious decision to prioritise my mental health, happiness, and falling back in love with my career.

During this process I realised that mentoring and supporting other women with their career development made me happy; this was something that I’d done for years in my job role and for external bodies in voluntary roles such as Manchester Young Professionals and Women in Planning. I started my coaching qualification, and never looked back!

I’m a passionate believer that loving your career goes hand in hand with treating yourself with kindness and believing in yourself. All of my work will always lead with compassion, positivity, and draw on my years of career and coaching experience. I genuinely love supporting women and seeing you achieve your version of career success; it makes me so happy!

I truly understand the value that coaching can bring in a personal capacity and have experienced just what can be achieved when you’re ready commit to taking action and leave your comfort zone. Coaching has enabled me to live my dream career everyday; I can’t wait to see what you gain from your coaching journey!
